1. We traveled last Tuesday so sorry no ToT from the Fleige’s.

2. Hannah is making more sense since we have been here. It is am amazed by the sentences that come out of her mouth daily!

3. Hannah is Brendan’s favorite! She walks in the room making any type of noise and he just laughs and squeals! I hope they always love each other this much! She hugs him and shakes his hand with a “nice to meet ya brotha” every morning!

4. Chris is in Germany right now and so I am living vicariously through imported German Beer….CHEERS!

5. I am so not ready to go home yet! So glad we are here for another 10 days!! The weather is great, the kids love being outside and wearing flip flops rocks!

6. Hannah and I went up to the Naples library yesterday for a Firefighter Story Time Special. It was so much fun and the library is gorgeous!! Hannah got in the fire truck and blasted the horn…she squealed with delight. I swear, the more your kids smile the bigger your heart grows.

7. Brendan will most likely crawl within the next couple of weeks….slow down B!

8. I have yet to send out Thank You’s from Brendan’s birth and Christening. I know it’s late, but better late than never…right? I just feel awful not giving a proper Thank You to people who really make an effort for us.

9. I think about my trip to Gruene, Texas on a daily basis. I just loved it there and the time I got to spend with Becky. MEMORIES…..

10. A big Happy Birthday to Kerri who’s birthday was Saturday and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Nana Kay, Lisa Fitzgibbon, Lisa Frisoli and Steph Porter this coming Saturday….still can’t believe I know that many people with the same birthday. Tanya’s Mom shared the same day.

1. Last Tuesday in March…where is the time going?

2. We will be heading to Florida one week from today for the majority of the month! I can not wait to take Brendan to the beach for the first time and watch Hannah’s expression when we FINALLY get to go to the beach!

3. This past weekend we went to Winslow Farm in Norton, MA. I found it online for a local place to hunt for Easter eggs, but I had no idea how amazing it was there. They take in abandoned, injured and sick animals…all non-profit. Every worker there is a volunteer and they run solely on donation. We headed out with the Frisoli’s for a Frisoli/Fleige Family Fun Day….the kids hunted for eggs, Chase rode the horse, we walked around and enjoyed the animals. Hannah thought it was great! If you have a chance, take a ride out there….it’s truly a wonderful place.

4. Hi Jen Sullivan!!! Tell Bick with his new awesome Superman hair we said hi too!!

5. Hannah just asked me for a Fist Pump before she fell asleep for her nap. Followed by, “A kiss…hug…high five and I love you so much Momma”…..that is what it’s all about!!!

6. I am thinking about embracing my gray hair. I only have three at the moment….not really sure yet but Chris said it would be weird…”You’re ONLY 30!” Thanks babe…sigh…..

7.  I am trying to get a lot done before we leave for Florida, I just made what I thought was a small list….well once you put it on paper…not so much!

8. Bailey HATES the rain….she wimpers the minute she goes outside and realizes that there are drops plopping on her fur. I feel bad, but she’s GOTTA do her business….and outside!!

9. Hannah is going to pre-school next year, but I had NO idea how competitive it is to get into certain schools. Next year will be a “free” year as she will not be 3 until October but the teachers thought she was ready to graduate next year. She will have pre-school for 3 years. I guess that’s a good thing.

10. WARNING!!!! There are A LOT and I mean A LOT of pictures below! They are basically the whole month of March. I take a lot of pictures, they mean a lot to me….so enjoy as I do!!

1. Well, it’s been awhile, ey!?! It’s been a little busy here in the Fleige house…as it always seems to get right after the holidays! So let’s see what I can get you all updated on in the next 9 spots!

2. Hannah has been in her big girl bed for almost 2 months now. She loves her bed, she sits and reads in her room all snuggled up when she wakes up and before drifting off to sleep during nap and bedtime. We finally picked out furniture and the rest of the bedding should arrive this week!

3. Brendan will be 6 months old on Easter! I can’t get over it, he is growing and acheiving milestones on a daily basis. He can now roll, back to belly, belly to back. I found him on his belly in his crib snoring like his Daddy just the other day….a snore from a baby is so much cuter than a grown man!!

4. B is eating food and loves it!!! It’s so funny how much they change in just a few short months….I REALLY wish it would slow down a bit. He has the sweetest demeanor and makes me smile all the time!

5. Hannah is very protective of B and his things. If someone goes near his stuff or him too close, I get “Oh no Mumma….Brendan” or she will inform me that he does not like the sun shining in from the front window and asks me to close the shade, “Mumma, the sun on Brendan….close it”….it’s pretty darn sweet!

6. Hannah has been clenching her teeth when she wants to get something across verbally….it drives me nuts and I am hoping she grows out of it. It pains my teeth to see her grind hers down together….ouch!

7. I just got back from the most amazing trip to Texas. Our friends Becky and Andrew moved back almost 5 years ago and I was always dying to go see what Texas had to offer. Let me tell ya…it did not disappoint!! I will have a seperate post for this bc…well it needs one and surely deserves it!

8. The kids and I head to Florida in 2 weeks to see Nana and Papa, Hannah is really excited! She has a few sea shells on her nightstand and says she can hear the ocean….”I go to the beach with Nana and Papa now????” It will be a great time!

9.  There is so many clothes! I can not get over the amount of clothing in this house….while Chris is away I am trying to do the “rollover” from sizes for Brendan and then get to Hannah’s stuff…..thankfully she will be wearing a lot of dresses this Summer so it will cut down on dresser space.

10. Hannah peed on the potty on Saint Patrick’s Day! She asked for it, I agreed and she peed!!! Potty training this Spring followed by the dresses for easy potty breaks this Summer!

No pics in this post..I have B on my lap who is in desperate need of a bum change and then we are off to get Little Miss Magic at school…..I have a lot to upload so hopefully I will get the time to do it soon.

Tonight I had the pleasure of watching John Eoin get his Yellow Belt in Karate! I am so proud of him, now him and William are Yellow Belts!! Great job pal!! SO proud of you!!!

1. I skipped last week because we went to Maine and trying to get packed while you are home alone leaves no time to be blogging. If you have too much to do….the internet is the lowest priority!

2. Hannah went downhill sledding for the first time last week while in Maine. All we heard was “Weeeeeeeeeeeeee” I think she loved it!

3. Brendan was like the kid from “A Christmas Carol”, “I can’t put my arms down”….the poor kid!

4. I am sitting here on Monday doing my post from the airport waiting for my flight to leave for Virginia. My flight was dleayed almost 2 hours so I am sitting at Jerry Remy’s restaurant having a beer, wi-fi and blogging. I am all alone and clueless as what to do with myself!

5. The Olympics have been amazing this year! As much as I loathe Shaun White’s “boarder brogue” I totally enjoy his boarding….NARLY MAN!!

6. I downloaded my first audiobook for my trip, I don’t know if I am cheating or not…..are we supposed to read books on our Ipods? I will NOT tell you what book I downloaded in fear of pie or worse being thrown at me through Cyber Space! HA!

7. We ordered Hannah’s big girl room furniture from Jordan’s Monday, it will arrive Wednesday….holy cow!!!

8. Whoopie Pies are delicious, I do not know why my husband does not enjoy them. THEY ARE DELISH!

9. I am wearing a $9.99 watch from Target because Hannah hid my nice watch….last time she hid it, it was in the wine storage.

10. We went over to the Fitzy’s last weekend to meet their new pups….they are soooo cute!! Hannah loved them and Brendan just stared. I included some of the pics for you to enjoy.

1. Hoooray for The Saints!! We are all so happy they beat the Colts. I tell ya, the picture of Drew Brees with his son after the game with tears in his eyes will be vivid in my mind for a very long time!

2. Brendan weighed in at 16pounds 13ounces and his length is 25inches. He is in the 98 percentile for boys his age. Dr. C was very pleased with his growth and development. He got 2 shots and was so brave! He started solid foods on Sunday per Dr. C’s suggestion. He enjoyed some rice and applesauce….got some  great shots!!

3. Brendan is so smiley, he is such a flirty flirt pants…I could sit and coo with him all day!

4. Operation Big Girl Bed has been very successful at night, naps on the other hand….not so much! She played during nap time Sat, Sun and Monday which led to very early bed times. Today though, she has been asleep 2 hours so far….here’s to hoping the novelty wears off! Yikes!

5. I would really love to be in Florida right now and not have to wait until April. This Winter stuff is the pits! Colds, hats, gloves, boots, static hair….yuck!

6. I really need to sign up for the MAC one on one program. I have had this computer for over a year and I know there is so much more potential for it!

7. I love working at Paper Source. The people I work with are awesome, the customers are so great to talk to and the products are out of this world! I love it!

8. I can hear Hannah climbing out of her bed right now…..she is pretending to be a monster and “Raaaaaaaaaaw” is all I hear.

9. Two sets of friends welcomed babies into the world this weekend….Rachel and Victor had Lauren Rliey on Friday and Janine and Rick welcomed Caleb Matthew on Sunday. So very excited for them both!!!! Congrats!!!!

10.  I found Hannah snuggling with Brendan the other day before their naps. I ran downstairs to get something and I came back to her room to find her covering him with her blankies and reading to him. It was so sweet!!!

1. Happy February! Brendan will be 4 months on Thursday, I can’t believe it!! He goes for his checkup on Friday, looking forward to seeing how much he has grown.

2. Unfortunately Hannah was sick last week, sick enough to go to the doctor and then to the ER. She is on the mend, but it’s still so tough seeing them sick. I don’t think that is ever something I will get use to.

3. Needless to say last week was the pits!! I would have loved a re-do!

4. Happy 30th Birthday to our neighbor and friend Jay! He was 30 yesterday, welcome to the club pal!

5. Hannah, Brendan and I are headed to Florida in April! I can not wait to get them into the warm weather! Nana and Papa will get their fill of grandbabies!! It’s tough not having them here….we miss them…A LOT!

6. Ikea is not a place to bring kids on the weekend. We went on Sunday to get out of the house and get some stuff for the office and well it was crazy!!!

7. I miss my Nana Ellen. She passed away 14 years ago and I still wish she was here. I wish she was here to give me advice and to teach me her ways around the kitchen. She was an amazing woman….

8. Super Bowl is this weekend and I could take it or leave it! I am totally routing for the Saints, Peyton sucks!

9. Brendan looks like Chris on most days, but today he especially looks like my Dad. I think it’s the eyes and his facial expression…but there is no telling who he will look like. I have tried to come to terms that my children do not look like me….even though I carried them!!!

10. Hannah slept in her Big Girl bed last night!!! I sniffled and yes, teared up when Daddy took down the crib. I was so nervous to do it…Daddy was of course courageous and excited. She did AWESOME! We are SO proud of her!!!

You can barely see her in the bed, but she’s there….sideways and nudey(as always!)

1. It is the last week of January and I am excited for the upcoming months we have a lot to look forward to.

2. I managed to get Brendan’s room organized to the way it should be. I felt bad that he had stuff everywhere, so Friday night I spent 3 hours in there while Daddy played with the kids and got it done!! It’s so nice to sit in there with him now that I am not making a mental list of what I need to do in there.

3. Mental lists, I make this primarily at night and sometimes remember…most not! I can’t turn a light on to write it down, don’t want to wake Daddy! So, I need to come up with a solution for my lost thoughts…any ideas? I know some of them are worth keeping and others are just way too unreasonable in the amount of time and energy I have.

4. Somedays I wish the days were longer so I could get more done and then others I want them to end at 3:00pm! Can’t we figure out a way to borrow time???

5. I clean, clean and clean. I know it sounds insane, but I do….Chris has turned me into somewhat of a daily neat freak! Neither of us can stand the site of havoc in our house, but kids need to play, clothes need to be worn and dogs come in and out of the house with muddy paws….oy vey! Right now I am waiting for Bailey’s bedding to be finished up in the wash so I can dry it and take a shower.

6. A quiet house today, I am in my glory!! Daddy is in Florida and the kids are both asleep…so I get a chance to blog, take a shower and do some crafts. Ahhhhhhhhh

7. I swear Bailey needs Prozac or something, she is INSANE whenever we leave the house. She gets so anxious and will often mess her crate or wimper the whole time. I just don’t know what else to do for her, it’s been since June/July when we had the “tooth accident”…whatever happened while we were gone has scared her for life!

8. I love country music, most people know that! I now have Hannah requesting Sugarland’s “All I Want to Do” every time we get in the car. “Mom…play our song” and when it’s over…”again???”…a giggle and laughter as I replay it over and over….good thing it’s one of my favorite songs!

9. Speaking of country music, I am going to Houston for Rodeo this year!! I am so excited to fly down and see our friends Becky and Andrew. Looking forward to a nice weekend and maybe a little road trip to Austin.

10. We were without power yesterday for 8hours. The power went out at 2:00, not so bad but when 5:00 came around and it was very dark in our house I was starting to worry. Hannah was attempting to blow out the candles because they were “hot” and Brendan was so tired. Thankfully, our friends Doug and Lisa offered their house for hang out until the power came on. We had to head home at 9:30 because I wanted to make sure Hannah got to sleep in her bed. We got home to find Uncle John here, letting Bailey out and checking the circuit breakers and National Grid at the end of our driveway trying to put on the lights in oh about 6 out of 30 houses on the street….thankfully by 10:15pm they were on and I got a call from Kristin saying we had light! It is truly a blessing to have great family and friends and to have light!!

Hannah did a painting for him before he even arrived, Nana and Papa gave him his embroidered blanket for his Christening, the Coast Guard plane is from Chris’s grandfather’s collection and the furniture was hand me downs….score! 1. It’s voting day here in Massachusetts, I will be SO very happy once the polls close. I think everyone has had enough of the ads, calls and media coverage.

2. I think Hannah thinks Brendan can talk. Every morning she runs to him with so much enthusiasm and says, “Hi Buddy….Hi Pal…Hi Brendan” then repeats, waiting for a response. Her face says it all, why won’t he say hello back. It’s so cute and sweet.

3.  I could sit and snuggle all day with Hannah and Brendan.

4. Chris has not had any Diet Mountain Dew in 9 days! I am so proud of him for kicking his “DMD habit”! We are now a soda free home!

5. We are so excited for our friends Randy and Amy, they are expecting their first child in July. Randy and Chris go all the way back to childhood and we have had the pleasure of hanging out with them when we visit Virginia. Randy was also promoted to Sergeant on his police force. They have many things to celebrate, so CONGRATS guys!!!! Can’t wait to meet the little one!

6. I am on the fence about  when to put Hannah in a toddler bed, not a big girl bed yet. Her crib turns into a toddler bed and I think she needs that before taking the big jump. She knows how to climb out of her crib but does not, she waits for us to come get her and does not sneak out at bedtime. I just don’t know if she is ready to go into it yet, or maybe is it me? Ha! She needs to be in a bed prior to potty training, she has to be able to get out of bed to go to the potty….decisions…decisions.

7. We have been going to Story Time on Mondays again at Borders. It’s a great little program, stories, crafts, snacks and Hannah’s favorite….juice! This week they had Licia Rando the author of  ”The Warmest Place of All” reading the story to us. It’s a nice book to snuggle up and read on a cold day like today!

8. I am back to blogging on Good Gravy Crafts after my  hiatus after having Brendan. Be sure to check it out for some exciting news and all my creations!

9. Hannah loves school, today on our way to school she was cheering, “Miss Mary…YIPEEEE!” When she walked into school she ran to the door and I am pretty sure she was overly excited to give Miss Beth a hug because she never looked back. I am so proud of her for being so independent!

10. My weekly goal this week is to get Brendan’s room in tip top shape. It has become over run with clothing, blankets and such…so by this time next week I will be posting pictures of his room….organized, even if it kills me!!
